Before adopting HelloHouston, maintenance teams used various Excel files for preventive maintenance and Access databases to manage corrective and remedial tasks. This led to several difficulties:

We proposed a simple, flexible and pragmatic solution, in keeping with the HelloHouston startup spirit. Working closely with the teams in the field, we built a tool focused on real operational needs:
Results
Improved work planning :
- Before: only 30% of technicians' time was planned; 70% remained undefined.
- Now: 70% of time is planned proactively, thanks to better visibility of priorities.
Concrete gains in time and efficiency:
- Easy analysis of recurring faults.
- Better anticipation of future interventions.
- Example: 8 hours of preventive maintenance optimized every week (i.e. a saving of 2 hours per line on 4 lines).
